K-Seal coffee bags are a type of stand-up pouch construction defined by their K-shaped bottom seal. The bottom geometry creates a wider footprint that helps the filled bag stand securely, while maintaining the flexibility of a soft pouch. This makes K-Seal a practical option for coffee brands seeking a more structured shelf presentation without moving to a flat bottom bag.

FernPack offers both stock and custom K-Seal coffee bags. Stock sizes are available in 100g, 150g, 250g, and 500g, suitable for common retail coffee formats. Blank stock bags can be used with labels or hot stamping, while custom production is available for brands requiring specific sizes, materials, printing, or finishes.

Stock bags are available in MOPP/VMPET/PE high-barrier laminate and recyclable mono-PE. Custom structures can also be developed according to shelf-life, filling, and distribution requirements.

Custom K-Seal bags can be supplied with zippers, one-way degassing valves, tear notches, and other functional features. Different dimensions, printing methods, and finishes are available for brands developing dedicated packaging.
