Can I order packaging samples before placing an order?
Yes. We can provide stock samples so you can evaluate the quality, material, finish, etc before placing an order. If required, custom printed samples are also available for selected projects.
How can I get a free quotation?

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ depends on the printing method and packaging type.
- Digital printing: from 1,000 bags per size
- Gravure printing: recommended from 10,000 bags per design
If you’re not sure which option is best, we’ll recommend the most cost-effective solution based on your project.
What artwork files do you accept?
We recommend artwork in Adobe Illustrator (.AI) or PDF format.
If your artwork isn’t print-ready, our team can help prepare the production dieline, adjust your artwork layout, and ensure all files are ready for printing before production begins.
How long does production take?
Typical production lead times are:
- Stock and hot stamping printing: 5-10 days
- Digital printing: 10–15 days
- Gravure printing: 20–30 days
Shipping time depends on the destination and shipping method.
Can you produce multiple designs in one order?
Yes. Digital printing allows multiple SKUs or artwork variations within one production run, making it ideal for specialty coffee roasters, seasonal blends, and limited editions.
How do you ensure print quality and color consistency?
We provide an artwork proof for your approval prior to production.
After confirmation, manufacturing follows the finalized artwork, material specs and color standards to maintain consistent print quality.
We support spot color printing and official Pantone color codes to accurately replicate the colors within your design.
Complete production records are retained for repeat orders to ensure identical results across reprints.
Do you offer recyclable and compostable coffee bags?
